Guest Appearance @ Whacking Shuttlecocks Session

As usual, it's a health-packed Sunday for the few of us - E evil elder twins, Su e skipper, Bob e builder, Jam & Moi.. However, today's session had some guest appearance! J (my blur sotong fr ECH), J's bf T-sin & Jam's flying bud Fran came along and joined us for a 2.5hrs of shuttlecock whacking session @ Clementi Sports Hall.

This week, e court was booked an hour later than our usual slot.. A booking of two courts were made prior to our arrival but one of them was booked for the 2nd hour.. BUT! We made use of an empty court just beside e one we booked and were prepared to get chased by the 'owners' of that court. 1 hour passed and we were still running around, hitting the shuttlecock with our Yonex, Wilson, Ashaway rackets.. We played the first hour for FREE! Wahaha!

Today's session exercised my tummy alot! I was paired with Uncle Ed (one of the evil elder twins) and he was making laugh a whole damn lot! That ediot (oops!) juz know how to start one's laughing engine..

We had a full workout session today! Nobody really stopped to take a breather or slack at one corner.. All went in full force smacking! I did too! Was practising my smash! Can do it better now! Hahaha!! So happy!

No badminton for next two Sundays as I'll be away (to Dayang, I go), followed by my L'll Nut'z chalet.. Yipppeee!! Happening 2 weekends!! Kekeke!!
