met ms shareen for a drink at bpp mac when suddenly, this little boy decked in army hole-ly singlet and camouflaged shorts waved from inside (we were sitted at e smoking area which was just beside the air-conditioned seating area). the moment i sat down, this little boy by e name of raymond kept waving at ms shareen & me (as though he knew us!) hahaha! he was DAMN cute, beaming from cheek to cheek, waving frantically, trying to kick e glass down so that he can get nearer to us as well as mumbling something that we obviously can't hear through the thick glass.
after a while, ms shareen decided to grab her dinner and went in.. at this point, mum of little kiddo called him back and undressed his shorts, leaving him half naked, with his ling-a-ling dangling.. he was still smiling and waving at me! hahaha! that scene was so funny! his mum then took a pull-ups and got him to stand on e chair while trying to fit the pull-up on him (he was pointing at the pull-up and smiling while looking at me!) so funny! made me laugh there alone like an idiot.. hahahaha! once he was done, mum slipped on his camou shorts (with his army singlet tucked in and shorts pulled real high like ah fook!) he then proceeded on waving and smiling at me! hahaha! can't stop making me laugh..
ms shareen came back with my hot milo but without e stirrer.. so i went in to grab one.. when i came out, e little boy looked so dazzled by ms shareen's fries.. ms shareen, holding a french fry and gestured to him, asking him if he wants, he nodded his head.. there and then, i thought.. why not get him some fries for him and his sister (seated 2 tables away) to share? thus, i went in.. while at the counter, i thought.. might as well get him a happy meal?! and so i did.. a nuggets happy meal complete with small packet of french fries, a packet of apple juice, happy meal box and of course the toy! off i went, to deliver the tray to the kid.. he was in shocked, probably thinking why there's a happy meal right in front of him.. hahaha! his mum asked him to say thanks and kept on saying that there was no need to.. i juz smiled and said, "coz he's very cute.." with that, i told him to enjoy his meal and went out to join ms shareen..
sitting outside and looking at the way his sister and he were enjoying the happy meal, just made me felt damn happy!!! seeing both of them smile readlly made my day! I was even embarrased to puff in front of them! but nevertheless, i still did.. kekeke.. halfway through the meal, their dad came and was shocked as to why they were binging at this hour.. after realizing it was from me, he gestured thanks from inside and looked embarrased.. kekeke.. when they were done with their meal, e whole family walked out and thanked me! omg! hahaha! i told them it was nothing really, i just thought he was cute and that he seemed to like french fries alot (well, which kid doesn't?! i still do!).. with that, the family bade farewell and continued their journey home.. looking at them, an image of a happy family grew in my head.. happily married with kids.. husband was working late and wife brought the kids to mac to wait for daddy to finish work before walking home hand-in-hand..
such a nice feeling.. :)
$4.50 may mean nothing to many but it sure brought SMILES to those 2 kids.. to raymond, aged 3 years old and sister (probably about pri 1 or 2), take care and keep your smiling faces on! *hugs*
