singapore flyer

hopped on e singapore flyer this afternoon w baby.. kinda expecting a huge crowd since it's e weekends.. but to our surprise, no such crowd! there were no queues.. no pushing.. no 'sardines packed in cans' syndrome.. it was all peace n quiet..

we paid $59 for two tickets ($29.50 for one pax).. kinda ex though but well, it's a first so heck la.. anyways, e ride is about 30 minutes.. so it's about $1 per minute lor.. haha! so singaporean.. anyhows, there was some security clearance b4 u can board e capsule, somewat like e ones @ airport..

seeing that it wasn't as crowded, we asked if we could hop on to the next capsule since the ones in front of us were a family n amazingly enough, e peeps say ok! hahaha! n so, we had e whole capsule to OURSELVES!!! imagine that u could only haf that luxury when u book it for a 'out-of-e-world' fee!

we couldn't be happier to hop onto the next empty capsule.. kekeke! n so we did! during e first 10 mins, it was snapping snapping of the view.. baby using his cam while i, did e opening ceremony for me new cam-ie! hahaha! after that, i kinda got bored.. coz 1) e capsule was quiet, 2) e views were e same - murky waters, construction area n 3) i was hungry!

ok, so e 1/2 hr is up.. n e first stop we went to? popeyes for its chicken!!! kekeke~ b4 this outlet opened, one can only find its chicken at changi airport lor.. so farrrr..

after we have eased our hunger pangs, we headed to the build-a-bear shop to get my long-awaited bday present! kekeke! was supposed to get it for my last year's bday but no time to go n have it done.. kekeke! thus, meet my new playmate - HUGGY! yes, i name my toys n gadgets! hahaha!
