tkl..again!

las fri, i went cwp for sm xmas shopping for me loved ones n colleagues.. i'm amazed @ hw i can manage to find stuff for everyone at cwp.. didn't think it was dat happening, ya know.. hahaha!

anyhows, i was q-ing @ e taxi-stand n infront of me were 3 tkc along w a baby in a pram.. e q was moving n they passed this button which u press to activate e taxi beacon light at the main road to inform taxis dat there are pple @ e taxi stand.. these tkc looked at e unlit button and had e following conversation:

A: what's this button for?
B: orh, it's to press and call for taxi..
C: issit?
B: yes.. but i think muz pay..
A: oh! then we better dun press..

with that, they left e button untouched n unlit..

irritated w their stupidity, my index finger reached for e button.. e tkc saw wat i did n said, "see! u embarrased or nt? it's to activate e taxi beacon light! hahaha! let's hurry get a taxi n go off.."

i'm amused by them.. they r here, e country where english is first language but apparently, they no-no engrish.. coz there was a BIG signage saying, 'press to activate taxi beacon light'..
