irritated

yday was my 1st day bak in office after a long break n boy, did i receive bad news..

sm work processes need to b changed drastically n immediately.. n all bcoz of wat?! 1 bloody small incident.. wa kaoz.. really jaded when i heard e news.. tmd.. n when i disseminate information to e peeps abt e new work processes, wat do i get? showers of scoldings n complaints.. sigh..

tmd! i dun get it leh! yes, work processes can b changed BUT one needs to think through it properly n it takes time.. not juz ok, like that can do.. piangs eh.. this work process has been changing like every single year n pple r getting confused!

i'm so irritated.. i feel helpless.. knowing dat e new thing is a total out of e world, i've gt no choice bt to nod my stupid puppet head..

yes, i'm a puppet.. watever they say muz do, i haf to nod.. smtimes, my head will defy n my mouth will come to work in throwing out explanations for my stand..

i'm jaded bt at e same time, i lurve my team n i still lurve doing events.. juz dat i'm jaded..
