I believe each and everyone of you feel alot for this team and that is probably why some of us can't accept that certain things are changing or have changed... Life is such, it's full of changes... I know it's difficult for us to face it but we have to... It was difficult for me initially as I'm considered one of the involved? But now that I look back, it shouldn't be an issue... Yes, it's not deemed as professional but it has already happened so what can we do?
Now, don't get me wrong... Don't link my absence to this issue... I wasn't absent due to this issue... It was due to lack of staff at my workplace... But now, I'm BACK!!! Hahaha!!!
So ladies, if you have something towards a certain person, talk it out... Resolve that obstacle and all will be better... It is our team... If we don't do anything about it, who will?
